Manager 溝通一下他具體的要求是什么,否則每個(gè)地區(qū)準(zhǔn)備的都不一樣,有人給直接的事故率結(jié)果,有人給
的是按照hazard 或者受傷部位或者受傷區(qū)域或崗位分析的報(bào)告,那不是亂七八糟了,他要你們的injury 報(bào)
告也沒用。。。還是先直接和你的‘客戶’溝通一下再?zèng)Q定怎么做比較好
我覺得你們老板肯定不會(huì)去看什么injury report,應(yīng)該是看數(shù)據(jù)和對(duì)比,如果是美國(guó)老板,一般看的是
20 工作小時(shí)工傷率,下面數(shù)據(jù)類型給你參考:
