organize Occupatio
nal Health and Safety training to employees to develop employee HSE skills and awareness
- organize hazards identification and assessment in all departments and branch companies, and work out / implement the control measures for hazards
- organize the internal audit and annual external audit, communicate with related departments to make the rectification plan, follow up and push the rectification items to close the audit result
- organize the annually management review, report to management about the safety status and make recommendation to management for continuously improving
- organize the annual HSE drill, analyze the drill result and work out the measures for improving the emergency response
- perform weekly site HSE checking, push the closure of open corrective action
- collect the data for group SHEQ report and compile the GPS report
- check the fire protection system and environmental facilities to ensure the good condition of these system
Key Requirements:
- university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Safety Engineering or other related
- over seven years’ experience in supplier management, quality management, safety and environment management gained in mechanical engineering company
- excellent systems skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and SAP
- good command of English and PC skills
- familiar with the management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001)
- excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
