匯報對象:企業(yè)公關總監(jiān)
工作地點:上海/常州
職責:
企業(yè)社會責任
? 通過策劃、管理、實施企業(yè)社會責任工作,獲取利益相關方對企業(yè)的信任和支持,樹立企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的公眾品牌和良好企業(yè)公民的公眾形象
? 積極評估、開發(fā)、聯(lián)絡國際主流的公益和非政府組織,通過合作推動太陽能在全球政府、公眾中的認知、獲取支持
? 與工會、人力資源部協(xié)作,通過不斷完善和豐富公司志愿者活動的形式、內(nèi)容和國際化,增強員工在企業(yè)社會責任活動中的參與度,提升歸屬感
? 與環(huán)境、健康、安全部門合作,共同提升公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展報告
? 協(xié)助企業(yè)公關總監(jiān)處理其他相關事務
媒體關系
? 建立和維護與國內(nèi)外主流媒體的關系,為公司發(fā)展提供良好的輿論環(huán)境
? 收集和整理公司月度亮點信息,通過各個信息發(fā)布渠道適時適度進行傳播
? 協(xié)助起草和管理新聞稿及其發(fā)布,制作媒體發(fā)布月度簡報
? 協(xié)助管理公司高層接受媒體訪問
? 負責媒體對公司總部的參觀接待工作
? 管理媒體監(jiān)控工作,對可能發(fā)生的媒體危機進行預見和提出管理方案
? 管理和完成媒體活動
? 管理公關服務公司的媒體服務
? 開發(fā)和完善互動式對外傳播渠道,使公司對外發(fā)布的信息更加及時的到達全球各個目標受眾群體
素質要求
? 5年以上在跨國綜合性企業(yè)的相關部門或者國際公益、非政府組織的工作經(jīng)驗,職業(yè)目標明確
? 具備國際視野,執(zhí)行力優(yōu)秀
? 有敏銳的新聞感覺和專業(yè)的采編能力
? 英語漢語優(yōu)秀
? 有創(chuàng)意,善于學習

Job title: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Media Relations Manager
Report to: Corporate Communications Director
Location: Shanghai/Changzhou
Key responsibilities:
CSR:?
? Winning the trust of the stakeholders and establishing the company image as a sustained player and a responsible corporate citizen globally through a well planned and executed CSR activity system.
? Assess, develop and collaborate with mainstream NGO and charity organizations worldwide, to promote solar to the governments and public vai collaborative CSR activities, and hence win support for the further growth of Trina Solar.
? Cooperate with Trade Union and HR to constantly improve the company volunteer activities, involving the active participation in CSR activities among the employees, helping enhance employee engagement
? Work together with EHS to improve the company Sustainability Report
? To support Corporate Communications Director in other relevant work and projects.
Media Relations
? Establish and maintain a good relationship with domestic and international mainstream media, to create a favorable environment for the development of the company
? Collect and organize the company highlight information, and distribute with the information channels properly
? Draft and manage the publication of press releases, and compose monthly media clippings
? Facilitate senior management in media interviews
? Manage media visits
? Manage media monitoring and media crisis
? Manage and execute media events
? Develop and optimize interactive media solutions, making sure the company key messages reach global audiences timely
Qualifications
? At least 3 years of CSR related working experiences with a clear career development goal.
? International vision and strong execution
? Great sense of NEWS and outstanding writing and editing capabilities
? Excellent creativity, fast learner
? Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
? Team player, excellent inter-personal capabilities
? Able to travel frequently

? Benchmarking result with key competitors in CSR globally
? The impact of CSR activities among key stakeholders, and the result of the relevant media coverage
? Benchmarking result with key competitors in media share of voice
? The impact of media reports and activities to improve the corporate image among key stakeholders
? Result of budget planning, management, resource allocation, in achieving the objectives
Leadership:
? The ability to cooperate and coordinate with other internal and external stakeholders in achieving the business results

? Making sure all business activities are following strictly the corporate compliance guidelines
? Influence and monitor the project partners to follow the corporate compliance guidelines in all business activities
