· Ensure that all the operations in JCZC are in line with HSE standard and local regulations by arranging appropriate training, inspections and follow-up actions.
· Ensure that JCZC can obtain and maintain ISO 9001:2000, 14000 and OSHAS 18001 certificate.
· Ensure that the maintenance activities are carried out timely, to maintain all the safety related equipment in JCZC is in normal conditions.
5.0 Main tasks
· The standard operation (SO) is authorised to act within the framework of approved budget and company policies.
· Work out training programs for employees on HSE related matters.
· Complete the HSE report form and submitting it to the Group HSE Department within the required date.
· Work out a local HSE report if required by Local Authorities.
· Support the management in reporting HSE Non-Conformances.
· Verify and record implementation and effectiveness of corrective action for HSE Non- Conformances
· Responsible for employees, consultants and visitors are given adequate training and/or information in accordance with Jotun HSE standard and local requirements.
· Responsible for monthly HSE meeting and reguar inspections are carried out.
· Responsible for material safety data sheets, safety code signs and safety notices are in place.
· Responsible for safety personnel and ensure that they receive proper training in emergency situations.
· Co-operate with Maintenance department that the fire alarm, firewater and fire extinguishers are working and in good conditions.
· Manage the ISO quality and OSHAS system by maintaining, continuous and monitoring the quality assurance activities to ensure the company meets the Quality management system and the ISO and OSHAS certification is maintained.
· Co-ordinate and conduct internal quality audit activities, quality management review meeting.
· Co-ordinate on external surveillance quality audit visit.
· Ensure that all of the maintenance activities comply with Jotun HSE standard and JCZC procedures.
