- Develop, manage and implement the SHE plan and processes for all related activities on site;
- To comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards;
- Ensure all facility operations, maintenance and management activities of the electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire systems, equipment and etc are performed in a safe and efficient manner and comply with the Company, Client and Government's policies and requirements;
- Manage the investigation and documentation of all facility related SHE incidents onsite;
- Manage the documentation of all SHE activities onsite;
- Promote awareness of SHE among the team members;
- Conduct weekly and monthly SHE review with the team management and team members, and the Client;
- Conduct monthly SHE training, review and update for team members and service vendors;
- Conduct monthly SHE audit on all facility operations, maintenance and management activities;
- To perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree above;
- With SHE related experience up to 5 years;
- MNC background preferred;
- Good command of English.
