I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for the EHS management for testing center.
II. Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish and implement EHS policies, safety management system, procedures and programs;
2. Provide EHS advice, direction and support to site management;
3. Identify potential business risks, opportunities and facilitate the process to eliminate or minimize the impact on the operation, plant and employees;
4. Coach employees and upgrade employees’ awareness of EHS through training, leadership and enforcement
5. Build the communication bridge between plant and government EHS department to ensure latest effective laws, regulations deployed on time.
6. Other works assigned by manager.
III. Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. More than 3 years working experience in EHS managerial position;
3. Good commend for internal law and regulation;
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills ;
5. Strong analytical, organizational, coordination skills;
6. Self-motivated, resourceful and energetic;
7. Good command of English;
