Purpose (Why the position exists, within what limits and with what objectives)

Ensure a permanent operational control of industrial risks in company. Counsel to EHS manager on EHS issues. Maintain EHS operation control (environmental protection, health, safety, fire prevention). Follow up and control corrective and improvement actions to support EHS Manager to meet its EHS objectives of Company.

確保對(duì)公司內(nèi)部工業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的持續(xù)控制；就EHS事宜向EHS經(jīng)理提出建議；推進(jìn)和保持公司內(nèi)EHS體系正常運(yùn)行和控制（環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康、安全、防火）；跟蹤并控制糾正和改進(jìn)措施的實(shí)施工作，以支持EHS 經(jīng)理完成公司的EHS目標(biāo)。

Minimum Requirements

1.Education / Experience 教育背景及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

Bachelor degree in safety ＆ health, Environment or relevant engineering degree.5 years working experience, 3 years minimum experiences in OHSAS18001＆ISO14001 system management in industrial companies. English/Chinese.

安全健康、環(huán)?；蛳嚓P(guān)工程專(zhuān)業(yè)本科學(xué)歷；5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備3年以上工業(yè)企業(yè)OHSAS18001＆ISO14001體系管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，中英文交流。

 

2.Specific knowledge 專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)

Be Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to Environment, Health and Safety; Be Familiar with OHSAS18001＆ISO14001 system standard; Have the relevant knowledge on pharmaceutical industry.

熟悉中國(guó)有關(guān)環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康及安全的法律法規(guī)；熟悉OHSAS18001＆ISO14001體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知識(shí)；具備醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的相關(guān)的知識(shí)。

 

3.Business understanding / Competences 業(yè)務(wù)了解范圍 / 業(yè)務(wù)能力

Have OHSAS18001＆ISO14001 system management and EHS internal audit experience; Comprehends on legal requirements; Be familiar with identification of risk /Significant environment aspect and control an mechanism industry; Have the experience to manage the implementing of corrective actions.

具備OHSAS18001＆ISO14001體系管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和內(nèi)審員經(jīng)驗(yàn)；了解EHS相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的規(guī)定;熟悉機(jī)械行業(yè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和重要環(huán)境因素的識(shí)別和控制；實(shí)施檢查和糾正措施的管理。

 

Areas of Responsibility

1.Establish a detailed action plan and schedule based on TMB EHS plan and EHS objectives in order to improve EHS management system, to pay attention to taking into account:

根據(jù)公司EHS目標(biāo)和全年的EHS工作計(jì)劃，完善和保持OHSAS18001&ISO1400體系和 EHS Roadmap 的執(zhí)行，建立具體的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃及時(shí)間表，編制時(shí)應(yīng)考慮：

Legal requirements & others;

EHS Objective & targets and plan;

OHSAS18001&ISO1400 Standard & EHS Roadmap;？？？

EHS Management Procedure;

法律法規(guī)要求；

EHS目標(biāo)和EHS工作計(jì)劃；

OHSAS18001&ISO1400標(biāo)準(zhǔn), EHS Roadmap；

公司的EHS 管理規(guī)定。

2.To implement the action plan and to deliver in particular:

以上行動(dòng)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施，特別是：

Implement the relevant themes on OHSAS18001&ISO1400 and ALSTOM EHS roadmap in order to reach the request of company; To develop the Risk/impact analysis for each working position, immediate safety improvement, develop and supervise safety procedure for each working position, supervise operation of operator meet the info-board summary at each working position; Fire fighting, training, emergency actions; Environment management (monitoring of solid, liquid and gas wastes and their compliance with laws and regulations);Implement Loss and prevention program;

實(shí)施OHSAS18001&ISO1400和阿爾斯通EHS路 線圖相關(guān)要素,確保達(dá)到公司要求，組織各個(gè)部門(mén)完善每一個(gè)工作崗位的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析/環(huán)境因素識(shí)別和策劃，直接的安全/環(huán)境改進(jìn)，完善工作崗位的EHS操作規(guī)程 并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行，控制并逐漸降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和環(huán)境影響； 環(huán)保管理，對(duì)公司固體、液體以及氣體廢物監(jiān)控，符合法律法規(guī)要求和公司EHS管理程序；執(zhí)行損害及預(yù)防計(jì)劃。

3.Communication:

溝通：

Make sure that all staff receives the EHS information;

Updated the EHS workplace information;

Promote EHS newsflash;

Communicate with all employees and the safety representative;

Communication EHS coordinators weekly meeting and monthly EHS meeting.

確保全體員工都能夠獲得EHS方面的信息；

定期更新公司EHS 網(wǎng)上信息；

編制并發(fā)放EHS news flash；

與員工及員工安全代表溝通；

在EHS協(xié)調(diào)員周例會(huì)的溝通和EHS月例會(huì)上信息的準(zhǔn)備。

4.To organize EHS training

for newly recruited employees and apprentices of MD, for employees of MD who are restored to their original posts or are transferred to a new post;

for all staff, arrange regular training concerning security, safety, and fire prevention;

EHS training and communicate to all significant environment impact position.

組織EHS培訓(xùn)，包括：

公司EHS 培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃的編制和實(shí)施,相關(guān)人員的OHSAS18001&ISO14001 體系基本知識(shí)的培訓(xùn),EHS法律法規(guī)的培訓(xùn)；

全體員工的定期安全、環(huán)保及消防培訓(xùn)；

重要環(huán)境崗位人員的培訓(xùn)。

5.Responsible for permanent operational control of risks / impact in the Manufacturing, and immediate corrective actions.

負(fù)責(zé)確保生產(chǎn)過(guò)程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和環(huán)境影響的持續(xù)控制，運(yùn)行檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題糾正和預(yù)防措施的實(shí)施。

6.Be the interface with EHS Manager on statistics report, internal audit plan and implement, and EHS NC or finding, etc. Tracking or taking the corrective action of NC and finding.

7.負(fù)責(zé)EHS數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)告、內(nèi)審計(jì)劃和實(shí)施情況、EHS不符合等事宜，向EHS經(jīng)理報(bào)告。并跟蹤或?qū)嵤┎环享?xiàng)及發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題的糾正措施和預(yù)防措施的完成。

8.Collect relevant EHS regulations and review compliance, and report to EHS manger on the EHS regulation review report.

EHS法律法規(guī)收集評(píng)審，向EHS 經(jīng)理提交EHS法規(guī)法規(guī)評(píng)審報(bào)告。
