V – MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
In a series of brief statements describe the main accountabilities of the job (4 to 10 maximum), i.e, specify the major activities of the job and their consequences in terms of end result
Develop an HSE strategy that is aligned with both business strategies, site needs and aligned to the Rhodia Group Strategy. Ensure that the strategy is translated into operational action plans that support the achievement of the HSE milestones and provide renewed focus on behavioural safety issues.
Motivate people for best behavioral safety standards
Accountable for delivery of the action plans, in conjunction with the management of the different entities.
Develop and improve HSE standards by adopting and implementing best operating practices.
Identify areas for improvement and work with the management teams to ensure that sustainable plans are in place to address.
Ensure processes and resources are deployed for business hazard identification and for risk assessment, as well as control of processes to mitigate risks.
Provides expertise and implement tools to enable the site to comply with all HSE legislative and Company Group requirements.
Liaise with HSE A/P function to develop productive relationships and ensure appropriate and practical regulations are applied.
Accountable to follow the BRC reporting system of the group.
Ensure good communication on HSE results
