職位描述
Purpose of Job
1. Implement corporate EHS standards, programs, and processes as well as local EHS legal requirements to ensure full compliance.
2. Develop EHS strategies to drive effective risk mitigations and cultural change.
3. Review and drive site EHS metrics to achieve continual improvement.
Principle Accountabilities
1. Keep abreast on development of EHS laws both national & local and ensure strategies are developed and implemented to comply with the changes.
2. Keep abreast on development of Group EHS guidelines and ensure strategies are developed and implemented to comply with the changes.
3. Implement the JMECT EHS Policies, Procedures and Program.
4. Review and update local EHS procedures to stay fresh.
5. Own the EHS permitting process for day to day operations and projects and ensure permits, licenses, certificates are renewed.
6. Coordinate and responsible for ensuring that all regulatory reporting is completed accurately and submitted timely.
7. Perform periodic field inspections, audits and coaching to drive cultural and risk mitigations improvements as well as effective implementation of EHS standards and procedures.
8. Responsible for the development and tracking of action plans to close gaps found during the audits and assessments.
9. Coordinate and participate in incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and corrective actions implemented
10. Develop and conduct EHS training as well as promote and facilitate EHS best practices and leveraging.
11. Host external agencies inspections and ensure timely follow-up on action items
12. Maintain chemical inventory/MSDS's for all materials used at the location.
13. Coordinate the selection and maintenance of personal protective equipment.
14. Maintain Emergency Evacuation Program and Fire drills current.
15. Identify and organize occupational medicine services.
16. Provide monthly reports regarding plan completion and location highlights.
17. Oversee management of all waste generation and disposal in accordance with JM policies.
18. Identify any potential risks which may cause accident to obstruct hazardous activities which expose to such risks and notify to both individuals and managers.
19. Perform related assignments as assigned.
Education Training and Work Qualifications
• Essential
University degree, major in safety /environmental engineering or related field • Desirable
Knowledge
• Essential
• Be familiar with National and local law and regulations.
• Be familiar with ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001
• Be familiar with MS office. • Desirable
Skills and Abilities

• Oral and writing English is required (Minimum CES 4)
• Presentation skill
• Communication skill.

Relevant Experience

> 3 years in EHS field • Desirable
