Tap Extractors are available in standard or custom sets of 6 to 15 tools per set. All sets are packed in a sturdy molded plastic case.
Walton Tap Extensions extend the reach of standard taps and allow tapping in deep holes and awkward locations. Two styles of tape extensions are available:
Use of either Style A or Style B Tap Extensions will virtually eliminate the need for costly, special-length taps. They can be used over and over because they won't wear out, become dull or break.
With REPS Pipe, Stud and Screw Extractors on hand, you are assured that expensive machinery will not be damaged by makeshift methods of removing broken pipes and studs. REPS Extractors work by pulling, rather than reaming, and are designed for strength, durability and easy handling.
These tools feature a four-point shallow grip, assuring a strong bite with less expansion and jamming. When time is vital, REPS Pipe and Stud Extractors will save many times their moderate cost by easily removing stud and screw sizes from 3/8" to 3-1/2" and every size and class of pipe from 1/8" to 2".
The Walton Ergonomic File Handle's design incorporates the natural wrist angle of approximately 35°. The handle is constructed such that the tool's axis is better aligned with the forearm, significantly reducing muscle fatigue. It allows the operator to rotate the arm slightly to change the angle of the file, while still applying the necessary pressure to keep the file in contact with the workpiece. Studies show that even repetitive filing jobs have become more comfortable, safe and efficient as a result of this design.
The grooved surface of the handle provides a perfect non-slip grip for the hand. It makes repetitive filing tasks even more comfortable to perform. Available in four sizes, to fit files from 4" to 14".
This tapping accessory, for drill presses or lathes, is used for threading a drilled hole manually at one machine location, without moving the workpiece. During tapping operations, the spindle of the drill press serves as a support for the guide post of this tool. It may also be utilized to raise or lower the tap or to hold it in a lifted position while the work is shifted and centered. Better than a hand-held tap wrench, this tapper does not need separate stands, guides or similar devices – the tap follows the correct lead, assuring true alignment.
Two models are available: No. 176, with a tap size capacity of #0 to 1/4" (1.5mm to 6mm), and No. 276, for tap sizes #12 to 1/2" (6mm to 12mm).
