廈華電子公司始創(chuàng)于1983年，1985年12月19日在廈門經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)正式成立，1995年2月“廈華電子”A股在上海證券交易所掛牌上市，股票代碼600870，系國家級(jí)“創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)”和中國最大的彩電出口企業(yè)之一。
    2006年8月，臺(tái)灣中華映管股份有限公司戰(zhàn)略投資廈華電子持股27％為第一大股東，國有股份占18.31％為第二大股東，其余為社會(huì)公眾股，這是大陸國企與臺(tái)灣上市公司先行先試以股權(quán)為紐帶攜手合作的第一例。近年來，廈華依靠過硬的品質(zhì)、技術(shù)和良好的服務(wù)以及領(lǐng)先的運(yùn)營效率，企業(yè)邁上了持續(xù)贏利的良性發(fā)展循環(huán)，為海峽兩岸產(chǎn)業(yè)合作樹立了典范。
    長(zhǎng)期以來，廈華專注于“朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)”彩電業(yè)的做專、做強(qiáng)、做大，目前，正戰(zhàn)略聚焦于LED電視、3D電視、網(wǎng)絡(luò)/智能電視、觸控電視一體機(jī)、電視墻等新型顯示、高效節(jié)能系列數(shù)字音視頻產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域，以及車載視聽領(lǐng)域。
    廈華現(xiàn)擁有1個(gè)國家級(jí)技術(shù)中心、1個(gè)博士后科研工作站、1個(gè)通過CNAS認(rèn)可的國家級(jí)電子產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中心，能同步自主開發(fā)全球各主要制式和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的數(shù)字電視并實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化。近年來，廈華主持或參與制定的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)超過二十部。目前，廈華突破技術(shù)與質(zhì)量壁壘，行銷服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)遍及美國、日本、澳洲、歐洲、南非、印度、南美洲、東南亞、中東以及中國臺(tái)灣、香港等市場(chǎng)。如今，廈華電子已不再是單純的出口型企業(yè)，其“走出去”戰(zhàn)略已升級(jí)進(jìn)入以產(chǎn)品為先導(dǎo)，自有品牌、技術(shù)、管理、制造、服務(wù)、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)、法律、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控以及社會(huì)責(zé)任履行等多方位輸出的高層次國際化經(jīng)營階段。

We have a national-level technology center, post-doctoral workstation and a R&D center with more than 300 engineers & technicians led by senior engineer. With such manpower resources, we can simultaneously develop different type of digital TVs with world s major formats and standards. Stable supplying chain
With 4000 skilled employees and state-of-the-art equipments, as well as 220 million square feet factory area, the output of all products is nearly 5 million units per year. CPT ,the biggest shareholder of Xoceco, is the one of five global biggest LCD panel suppliers. Xoceco also keeps good relationship and cooperation with other parts suppliers, such as AUO, CMO,Zoran,Morning star，Realtek，Renesas and Pixelworks.
Perfectible quality & after-sales service support
We obtained near all necessary safety certificates,such as UL,CE,CCC,PSE,PCT,BSMI,SABS,and so on. We also passed system certification like ISO9001 and ISO14001.
Meanwhile, we provide comprehensive after-sales service to customers, including stable spare parts supply and professional technical support.
