安徽鑫科新材料股份有限公司于1998年9月28日正式成立。2000年11月22日，公司股票在上海證券交易所掛牌上市，簡稱“鑫科材料”，代碼：600255。
公司是國家火炬計劃重點高新技術企業(yè)，是安徽省銅合金材料加工工程研究中心的主要發(fā)起人和產(chǎn)業(yè)依托單位，擁有一個省級企業(yè)技術中心和高精密度銅帶廠等九個分公司。
公司主要從事銅及銅合金板材、帶材、線材、輻照交聯(lián)電纜、特種電纜等產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、開發(fā)與銷售，主導產(chǎn)品有高精度銅帶材、銅合金線材、光亮銅桿、電線電纜等，以上產(chǎn)品均為“安徽省名牌產(chǎn)品”，其中“鑫科牌”銅及銅合金帶材為“中國名牌”產(chǎn)品。
公司擁有近二十項國家級科研成果和發(fā)明專利，多項產(chǎn)品獲國家級榮譽稱號。產(chǎn)品在國內(nèi)市場有較高的美譽度，被中國海關和外經(jīng)貿(mào)部列入高新企業(yè)產(chǎn)品目錄，并出口至東南亞和歐美等國家。

Anhui Xinke New Materials Co., Ltd was officially established on 28th Sept., 1998. The company publicly issued negotiable shares and was listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange on 22nd Nov.2000 with the title "Xinke Materials" for short and the code 600255.
Anhui Xinke which is the key high-tech enterprise of the nation class lighted torch plan is the major sponsor and the supporting unit of Anhui engineering research centre of copper-based alloy materials. It consists of a provincial Technology Centre and 9 branches including Precision copper-based strip Branch etc.
Mainly engaged in producing developing and marketing the copper-based alloy plate, strip, wire, irradiating crosslinking cable, special cable etc., the company has its leading products such as precision copper-based alloy strip and wire, bright copper rod, power wire and cable. The above products are all “Anhui famous brand” products among which “Xinke” copper-based alloy strip is “Chinese famous brand” product.
Nearly 20 pieces of achievement of scientific research and invention patent belong to the company, and many of them were honored with national titles for scientific development. The products were listed in the high-tech enterprise products catalog by the Chinese Customs and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and exported to Southeast Asia, Europe and America with high reputation in the domestic market.
